Founded in 2000, Qualifacts is a software company that provides online-based administrative, clinical, and financial management uses for adult and adolescent behavioral health and social services markets.[1]. The company created a computerized system to manage programs and treatment for children and young adults on a statewide and institutional basis [2]. Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Qualifacts develops, hosts, and implements a combined system of functions for caseworkers, clinicians, and accounting staff to help streamline business processes online [3]. The company is most known for its HIPAA compliant software, Care Logic, which is used to compare peer performance, track client progress, and to share information across employee groups [4]. Under the leadership of CEO, David Klements, Qualifacts has repeatedly made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America [5].
