NANOLUTE is a medical technology to use to add sirolimus drug layer on stent. Nano carrier based technology, is an excipient based encapsulation method of delivering drug with controlled / mediated release. Drug retention and transfer times can be designed in delivery system.

Drug Eluting Balloons are similar to normal Balloon angioplasty use. They are effective in local drug delivery. No additional training or devices required for its usage. Nenolute is require to mansion sirolimus drug on balloon surface. Also aiming its diffusion and persistence in the vessel all upon inflation. Nanolute provide the right lipophilia to the drug that alone cannot be as lipophilic as paclitaxel.
