Jeannie De Gouveia (born 13 April 1982) is a South African is a South African television presenter, radio personality, businesswoman, model, and actress [1]. She participated on the second season of Strictly Come Dancing which aired on SABC 2 [1]. She was the celebrity dancer alongside professional dancer Anthony Krotz, they lasted for six weeks [1].

Jeannie is currently a presenter on the hit SABC 3 show Afternoon Express and Top Billing, and is the owner of a South African brand of craft Gin [1].

She relocated to Cape Town where she joined Good Hope FM [1]. In 2006 she left Good Hope FM to persue a career in Television, in 2006 she appeared on Mercenary for Justice [2]. In the film she played Jeannie De Gouveia where she played the role of a bank teller [2]. In 2015 she began hosting a talk show Afternoon Express which was aired on SABC 3 [1]. She joined SABC 3’s long running lifestyle magazine show Top Billing [1]. She travelled and interviewed some of the big names in the world entertainment including KwaZulu-Natal born Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel, actors Laurence Fishburne, Ving Rhames, Kevin Spacey, Keanu Reeves, Sandra Bullock and Jimmy Choo. In 2008, Jeannie she joined Top Billing’s sister show Top Travel [3].

In 2013, Jeannie launched her own perfume, with hers named Jeannie in a Bottle [4]. Jeannie in a Bottle is flirty, sexy, floral, bubbly that allows a woman to be sexy at night and at a party; it also allows a woman to be taken seriously in the business world [4]. Today Jeannie is the owner and founder of a craft gin, a locally, hand crafted gin with two flavour variants [1].
