In particular, in order to qualify for Wikipedia, a topic must pass the general notability guideline, which states that a subject must receive significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the sources and each other. I don't see that in the sources given, which are either written by Vouk herself or mention only the ARPAR, which seems more notable IMO than Vouk. Also, this article reads like an advertisement or resume, which is also against Wikipedia policy. Please don't be discouraged by this, and this might be a feasible article if and when Vouk becomes more notable. – John M Wolfson (talkcontribs) 03:10, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
