Egil Møller Nielsen (Egil Moller Nielsen) born Sept. 29 1970 in Aarhus. At the age of 14 he moved to Sisimiut Greenland with his parents. At the age of 17 he went on a 6 months expedition and hunting trip to New Zealand and Australia with his friend - a professional hunter - Ove Dybdahl Damsgaard. He went to high school in Denmark and had HD-1 at Aarhus University after which he worked for Samson Transport (now DSV). He then worked for AEI (later Danzas-AEI, Deutsche Post and now DHL) where he worked and lived in South East Asia as manager of corporate accounts. In 2000 he worked at ECCO Shoes as Group Distribution Manager later promoted to Vice President of Group Distribution. LEGO recruited him in 2004 to be part of the turn around team lead by Jørgen Vig Knudstorp (Jorgen Vig Knudstorp) and he took a 7 year stint being part of the group leadership team as Vice President of Group Distribution Logistics. His contribution was so successful that it has been taught at leading business schools around the world and IMD written two case studies about it, he was also awarded several prices including supply chain rainmaker of the year.

After few years as COO and director at Bodum he moved two Montreal Canada with his family, here working for Mega-Brands (Mega Blocks) before they were acquired by Mattel. Since 2014 he was worked for SmartCentres founder Mitchell Goldhar building and heading up a new line of business PenguinPickUp that combines the ease of online shopping with a network of brick and mortar stores across Canada. They have been so successful thet Walmart have partnered with them in cobranded locations.
