Aanal Kotak is an Indian celebrity chef, restaurateur and TV personality from Gujarat. She is the founder of The Secret Kitchen, one of Gujarat's fine dining restaurant. She appears regularly on Colors Gujarati's television cookery show, Rasoi Show. She has been recognized "Chefpreneur of The Year" in 2018.
She hails from Ahmadabad, India. Aanal started cooking when she was 12 years old. She holds a degree in fashion designing from National Institute of Fashion Technology. She founded Gujarat's fine dine restaurant, "The Secret Kitchen". Later, she launched another restaurant, "Aanal Kotak's Akshada".

- In June 2018, she was named as "Chefpreneur of The Year" at India Business Awards 2018 and was felicitated by Soha Ali Khan.
- In June 2019, she received the best restaurant of the year for The Secret Kitchen by Indian Restaurant Congress & Awards.
- Kotak was featured into "Top 50 Food Entrepreneurs of India" in 2018 and she is one of the only female chefs from Indian state Gujarat.
- She holds a record in the World Record India for making largest Christmas plum cake in 2018.
