The 2018–19 AEK B.C. season is AEK's 62nd season in the top-tier level Greek Basket League.[1] AEK is competing in four different competitions during the season.

  2. ^ Olympiacos didn't show up for regular season and playoff games against Panathinaikos thus have been expelled from 2018-19 Greek Basketball League and relegated to Greek A2 Basket League after zeroing.[15]
